God, the Great Creator, Saves…

…only those who obey God’s will.  (Matthew 7:21).  “In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.  And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep.  And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters.  Then God said, Let there be light: and there was light.” (Genesis 1:1-3).

God’s creation of everything in the world has begun: “…grass, the herb that yields seeds, and the fruit tree that yields fruit according to its kind, whose seed is in itself…” (Genesis 1:11).  The sun, the moon, the stars, fowls of the air, great whales, and every living creature that moveth after their kind, cattle and creeping things and beast on the earth after their kind and everything that creepth upon the earth after is kind. (Genesis 1:24-26).  “So God created man in His own image, in the image of God created He him; male and female created He them.” (Genesis 1:27).  “And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being.” (Genesis 2:7).  God made a woman and brought her unto the man.  “Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother, and be joined to his wife: and they shall become one flesh.”  (Genesis 2:24).  Jesus repeated this and then said, “Therefore what God has joined together, let not man separate.” (Matthew 19:4-6).  God told the man and the woman when He created them, “Be fruitful and multiply, fill the earth and subdue it…” (Genesis 1:27-28).  However some disobeyed God, “For even their women exchanged the natural use for that which is against nature. Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful...” (Romans 1:26-27).

Some Will Argue With God

Why?  The answer to this question is found in God’s inspired Word only.  “Not every one who says to me, Lord, Lord, shall enter the kingdom of Heaven, but he who does the will of my Father in Heaven.” (Matthew 7:21).  Among many great lessons in this inspired scripture, we learn that only those who obey God’s will, God’s word, will be saved – “enter the kingdom of Heaven.”  No man on earth has any authority or right to deny what God’s infallible word teaches.  Also one must study the Bible, God’s Holy Word, in order to know what God’s will is, or what one must do to be saved.  However, there will be those who will argue with God, the Father in Heaven, just like many are doing today, every day.  “Many will say to Me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?  And then will I declare to them, I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!” (Matthew 7:22-23).

Dear Reader, those words are inspired of God. (2 Timothy 3:16-17).  Can you find authority in God’s Word, the Bible, for what you believe, for what you do and practice?  Obey God only and be saved.
